The road freight division has been developed through our specialism in large project work, involving multi-modal shipments throughout the UK and Europe.  We now operate our own weekly groupage trailer services throughout Europe departing from our Manchester depot every Friday.   

Cargo Overseas road freight division works within the enlarged European Union and beyond to provide a complete service. We tailor our services to meet our customers’ needs, by utilizing our knowledge to source the most appropriate and experienced partners for any given transit which is not handled by our own dedicated roadfreight trailer. 

Cargo Overseas also has a dedicated import department with a direct computer links to HM Revenue & Customs & NCTS(National Community Transit System). This enables us to customs clear freight arriving anywhere in the UK with T1 transit movements being a particular speciality.  Cargo Overseas operate their own community transit gaurantees allowing us to move cargo throughout the European Union in an un-cleared state. 

The road freight division works extremely closely with our ocean and sea freight divisions to enable Cargo Overseas to offer one cohesive multi-modal product. Along with our letter of credit and insurance services, this ensures that we can meet all of your freight forwarding needs.
