As some of you may be aware - Paul Smith, our Seafreight Import Director, is running the Liverpool Marathon (26.2 miles) on October 9th 2011 in aid raising some funds for Queenscourt Hospice, Southport. 

He has been in training for some 6 months (on and off) now and all has gone relatively well although there are less than 5 weeks to go now and he has not been beyond 15 miles !!! He still hopes to run this Marathon in around 4 hrs (Possibly 4 and half) .

He is looking to possibly raise as much as £1000.00 for Queens Court Hospice and would be pleased to receive any sponsorship however small.
